Official teaser suggests that Huawei Mate 8 is arriving on this month, which is all but unveiled by the end of November. Soon it is set to make an announcement of the new flagship device, is expected to pack the same Force Touch technology as its brother, the Mate S.
The new smartphone is said to be powered by Kirin 950 chipset and will sport a 6.0 inch 1440p display. The Mate 8 is coming in 3GB or 4GB RAM variants with 32GB and 64GB capacities respectively. Leaked images captured from a Foxconn factory points at a meta frame build, which is alleged to house a Hybrid dual Nano-SIM tray, where user can use one of its slot for microSD card.
In terms of camera, it will feature a 13MP rear unit and an 8MP front shooter. The Huawei Mate 8 is fully-packed with octa-core big.LITTLE (Cortex A72 and A53 CPU design) and Mali T880 GPU. The Chinese manufacturer is also scheduled to reveal its own processor at an event on November 5th 2015 in China.
The high-end device, purported Huawei Mate 8 is said to carry a CNY 3,299 ($520) price tag for the 3GB RAM variant and CNY 3,899 ($610) for the 4GB one. To witness all in action, stay tuned at the event on 26th of November, which is also expected to take place in China.
