We rarely review Elephone devices in our website, recently we have been in touch with Elephone P7000 Pioneer available for $159, and previously wrote about yet another Android Lollipop powered smartphone called Elephone P6000, which went on sale at just US$ 170 in December last year. Today, about the new Elephone P8000 specs, price and key featues can be found right after this jump.
The Elephone P8000, the company’s latest budget smartphone in P series and this one will become the first device to pack a Worldmode LTE support. On Elephone P8000, you will be able to work with 4G networks across the globe. It’s also powered by a MediaTek MT6753 chipset, which basically an under-clocked MT6752 SoC, works with the oft mentioned networks.
Display on the Elephone P8000 goes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080p) screen, and runs on a 64-bit Octa-Core 1.5GHz CPU, and paired with 3GB of RAM, includes a 16GB of expandable microSD card slot. Interestingly, it gets a fingerprint sensor on its back portion and not to tell it is backed by a powerful and far big battery package of 4200mAh unit. Camera department on the P8000 flaunts a 13MP with LED flash, whereas the front-facing with a 5MP selfie-centric sensor.
Obviously, the Elephone P8000 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and priced at US$ 210 when available in stock. Release date time frame sets for Q3 of 2015, and I bet its worthy if concerned with the specifications that the smartphone offers at such cost.
