Formally known LeTV, LeEco has announced the launch of Le Max flagship smartphone into the India market. How better it’s going to perform in the country is to be seen in the futuristic experiences. First and foremost, the Le Max would be the company’s flagship device which has been presented with a gorgeous 6.33-inch Quad HD display, which brings the resolution screen of 2560 x 1440 pixel and 0.8mm narrow border to the hardware with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Under the hood, the LeEco’s new Le Max is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 chipset which is a 64-bit (4x 1.5GHz ARM A53 + 4 x 2.0 GHz ARM A57) processor and paired with Adreno 430 GPU for better graphics when playing top-end and high-res games on the phone. It will be available to purchase in two different onboard storage variants, one with 64GB and the second ports 128GB space. Both of which are coupled with 4GB of DDR4 RAM memory.
The smartphone has a dual-SIM option that supports 4G LTE bands such as DD-LTE: B1/3/7; TDD-LTE: 38/39/40/41 in India, offering WiFi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 with APT-X, GPS and NFC connectivity options.
On the photography department, the Le Max camera sports a 21MP rear-facing Sony IMX230 sensor with dual-tone LED flash, Phase Detection Auto-Focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology, f/2.0 aperture, dual ISP supportive. While the selfie-shooter it holds of a 4MP camera with OmniVision OV4688 sensor, 2 micron pixel size, 81.6-degree wide-angle lens.
Software it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based on EUI skin on top, which is also equipped with a Fingerprint sensor and gets MHL 3.0 USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio headphone jack, Wireless HDMI, LeHiFi and audio chip built by AKG and the whole gadget is backed up by the 3400mAh battery package.
Available exclusively on Flipkart through flash sales starting from February 16. Registrations for the Le Max sale will begin soon. Priced at Rs 32,999 for the 64GB variant and for the 128GB Gold version, you’ll need to pay an amount of Rs 36,999.
There is a premium 128GB Le Max Sapphire variant in Pink color with a Sapphire screen, which can be obtained at Rs 69,999 hefty tag.
