To compete with 4 gigs memory and a powerful 4,000mAh battery packed smartphones segment, the Chinese manufacturer who already debuts A5000 in Russia, has launched Lenovo K80 in China. Available in the firm’s home country starting April 30.
Key specs of the K80 smartphone would be its massive 4GB of RAM and the same variant includes 64GB of built-in storage. Lenovo to place this new handset up against the ASUS ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 4GB RAM variant in various markets.
Wait! There are still different variants of the K80 handsets, wheraes the standard one comes with a 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, priced at CNY 1499.
Like ZenFone 2 series, the Lenovo’s K80 is also powered by an Intel ATOM 64-bit SoC clocked at 1.8GHZ Octa-Core processor. Dislay goes with a 5.5-inch FullHD screen, and it is backed by a mammoth 4000mAh battery package.
Camera wise, it sports a 13MP primary sensor with OIS (optical image stabilization), and got no word on its front-facing photography setup. Measuring at 8.5mm thin body, the Lenovo K80 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe UI on top.
The Lenovo K80 with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of onboard storage and 4000mAh battery unit will be available in black, silver, and red colors, in China. For only 1,499 CNY or $240.
