Lyf Flame 8 And Lyf Wind 3 With 4G VoLTE Launched On Flipkart, Exclusively For Rs. 4199 And Rs. 6999


Reliance Retail has launched two new smartphones Flame 8 and Wind 3 in India with the highly-anticipated option of Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) support. Both the new Lyf smartphones gone live exclusively on Flipkart and here are the full details on its hardware keys and pricing.

Lyf Flame 8 Specifications

This is another phone from Lyf in Flame series, which comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 210 processor of MSM8909, paired with Adreno 304 GPU for graphics. It also fixed with only 1GB of RAM inside, including an 8GB of internal storage with further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The Flame 8 smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, also carries Dual SIM slots and supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and GPS.

On the photography front, the Flame 8 sports an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and a secondary front camera of 5M Selfie shooter. It packs a 2000mAh battery, comes in White, Blue and Black colors and is priced at Rs. 4,199 on Flipkart.

Lyf Wind 3 Features and Specs

The Wind 3 smartphone is somewhat bigger than the Flame 8, as it carries a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a 1280×720 pixels screen. Under-the-hood it is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core 64-bit processor that comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 chipset and graphics produced by Adreno 306 GPU. The smartphone is coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expandable 32GB microSD card support.

This too has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, but the selfie sensor on Wind 3 is less than Flame 8, as it only costs 2MP camera on its front. But it packs a 2920mAh battery and only be available in Black color and will go on sale via Flipkart for Rs. 6,999.

Both the Lyf Flame 8 and Lyf Wind 3 will go on sale during Flipkart’s Independence Day sale starting from tomorrow as per this report.
