Micromax Canvas Knight 2 With Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Octa-Core Soc Launched At $260

The Canvas Knight 2 is the new smartphone comes from Micromax’ Canvas Knight successor. Now that the latest LTE-enabled smartphone hits the retail stores in India. Priced at 16,299, the handset is a bit costlier than its predecessor, because it is packed with few considerable aspects in the hardware and software wise. With a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD AMOLED display, Canvas Knight 2 debuts with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 chipset (4×1.5GHz + 4×1.0GHz) 64-bit processor with Adreno 405 GPU and paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage space which can be expandable via microSD card support.

Camera on its rear goes with a 13MP auto focus camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX214 sensor, LARGAN 5P lens and on its front – with 5MP front-facing camera with Omnivison OV5648 with LARGAN 4P lens. Hybrid Dual SIM is the highlight on the Canvas Knight 2, and the secondary Nano SIM slot can be turned into a microSD card slot. Offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS connectivity options.

The Micromax Canvas Knight 2 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and is backed by a 2260mAh battery and it even has Cirus Logic Wolfson WM8998 Stereo DAC chipset for enhanced audio experience, will come with a free Airtel 4G SIM and Airtel 4G Double Data offer and goes on sale all over India from June 10.
