Oppo Launches Joy 3 Android Smartphone With ColorOS 2.0, Quad-Core Processor

If you are looking for a new budget smartphone from Oppo, then here’s the new arrival of Oppo Joy phone which is currently listed on its official website. With a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display, is powered by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, gestured by ColorOS 2.0 UI skin on top. The Joy series of Oppo smartphone has also been constructed using a metal like frame running around the sides. Sporting Mali-T400 MP2 graphics chip, the Oppo Joy phone is paired with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which supports storing the images and video captured using a 5MP snapper on its rear, that too with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Thankfully there is a microSD card slot for further expansion of the storage space.

Oppo offers a bunch of options such as HDR, Panorama, Beautify, and other modes. The camera can also record HD videos. It is a dual SIM (Micro-SIM) handset comes with 3G connectivity only on one of its SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG. It packs a 2000mAh LiPo battery unit.


The Oppo’s en-joy-able smartphone will be available in Classic White and Matte Grey colors. No details have been revealed regarding the Oppo Joy 3 price.
