Two new metal-clad A series smartphones from Samsung – the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 are apparently making their way to the UK market. Available to buy in the United Kingdom starting February 12 through Samsung UK along with a number of retailers, such as Carphone Warehouse, O2 and EE.
Preorders for both Galaxy A3 and A5 smartphones already started and can be ordered either Pearl White or Midnight Black colors. Pricing is still unknown at the moment, but the two A series smartphones poses a mid-range offerings, despite their flashy metal finish.
Samsung‘s Galaxy A3 and the Galaxy A5 are equipped with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) 64-bit SoC and runs on Adreno 306 GPU graphics. Only difference would be the screen size. The Galaxy A3 has a 4.5-inch qHD display, 1.5GB of RAM, a 1,900mAh battery, and an 8-megapixel camera on the back. The A5 sports a 5-inch HD display, 2GB of RAM, a 2,300mAh battery, and a 13MP rear camera. Both the smartphones include a 16GB of internal storage and a microSD slot, 5-megapixel front-facing cameras, and LTE connectivity.
Looking for a mid-range smartphone, then here are two new Samsung’s offerings. The Korean giant is also planning to iterate along with the Galaxy A7 as soon as possible and offer a broader range of hardware choices with the new metal design.
Up now! We will be keeping an eye on Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 availability in the UK. Stay tuned!
