In India, Wiio has already entered by launching Wi Star 3G smartphone in collaboraton with eBay earlier this year and now introduces yet another budget phone. Called Wiio WI3, to compete with the newly trending handset from the domestic phone maker – Intex Aqua Power+ with 4000mAh battery. Snapdeal will be selling the newly launched Wiio WI3 in India. The Wiio WI3 is a dual-SIM device runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box, and supports a regular SIM and a Micro-SIM card. With a 5-inch (540×960 pixels) qHD IPS display with a pixel density of 240ppi, the WI3 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MTK6582) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expandable microSD card (up to 32GB).
Wiio WI3 camera boasts a 8-megapixel autofocus Sony sensor with LED flash and 2MP front-facing camera. Connectivity front it goes with Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options apart from 3G option.
The Wiio WI3 is priced at Rs 7,499 and will be available to buy exclusively on Snapdeal in Grey color option. The firm adds the smartphone comes with a free flip cover and back cover and says it has over 450 service centers across India.
