Rest is simply a case of downloading the right IPSW file for your iOS device and restoring via iTunes.



The second beta of iOS 9 contains a number of evoluntionary bug fixes and performance improvements as Apple’s iOS engineers lok to dramatically improve the experience that’s being served up to those interacting with the software.
