1Password Android App Gets Updated With Fingerprint Unlock, Material Design And More [Download]

1Password app for Android mobile users has received a major feature overhaul and updated with improvements, just bumps the version to 6.0. 1Password Android app with this new update brings revamped UI more Material Design aesthetics and gets a clean and simple additions for navigation drawer and toolbar.

You can now download version 6.0 of 1Password for Android, which the app version made available in beta last month, has now gone wild to grab.

Internally the popular password manager on Android, 1Password now adds support for the fingerprint sensor on devices running 6.0 Marshmallow, and phones that includes, compatible with the likes of Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P. Update for the app also optimizes WiFi Sync and indeed adds an always-on toolbar to make navigation pretty easier.

Still got is that a new floating action button (FAB), where it let users quickly and easily add new items. The 1Password update also comes with new icons for categories and Settings. It also brings with it a beta version of 1password for Teams inclusion that enables us, you to share passcodes with your teamates.


Finally the 1Password version 6.0 is available to download on Android devices, which can easily add your 1Password for Teams account using the built-in QR code scanner.
