Download: Truecaller 8 For iOS And Android With SMS Inbox, Truecaller Pay, UPI Payments, More Released

Truecaller has made available to download Truecaller 8 for Android smartphones by offering users a bunch of new features. Here are the details.

The new release version of Truecaller app brings with it SMS Inbox, flash messaging, and Truecaller Pay. In addition, Truecaller has also teamed up with Bharti Airtel and Google to add more features.

Truecaller, as aforementioned is teaming up with Google to bring Duo video calling within its Truecaller mobile app, which it will be launched in coming months on Android and iOS.

Truecaller is also partnering Airtel to launch Airtel Truecaller ID for feature phone users who will be able to get Flash SMS of unknown numbers before they receive the call. This feature will definitely help phone users to better avoid spam calls and others.

First to note is the new inclusion with the update, is Truecaller Pay – will allows users to send and receive money. Users can also create their unique Virtual Payment Address (VPA) in the app itself, after which they can send and receive money using an UPI ID, or a mobile number registered with the BHIM app. This feature will be available for both customers of ICICI and non-ICICI members.

Second feature on the Truecaller app we find is the SMS Inbox, this will identify untrusted SMS, unknown, block spam and even block contacts by name and number series. There’s still a new was to send pre-defined messages and emoji to friends and family if you are driving, busy at work, office, in case of emergency and so on.
