For all the 4G customers the leading telecom players Vodafone and Airtel are offering this Diwali a special tender at the same time counter Reliance Jio.
Both the big players in telecom companies are vying for the customer’s wallet through highly competitive and innovative offerings this crackers season. Vodafone may have already grabbed the market with its 1+9 data offer, where Vodafone customers can now consume 10GB of data after paying for only 1GB.
Bharti Airtel on the oher hand also came up with a special unlimited data offer for 90 days with a one time recharge of Rs. 1495 for its 4G LTE users. In the current situation, Reliance Jio and its Welcome Offer is in full hype and being on demand, where the company is also providing Jio 4G SIM cards home delivery with a disruptive offer of free voice and data usage till December 31st, 2016.
The Airtel offer preceded Vodafone’s, the latter offer although has inserted a pre-condition of a new 4G handset that had not been on the Vodafone network in the last six months, to avail 1+9 data bundle. From Vodafone this offer is available for both prepaid and postpaid customers till 31st December 2016.
Well! The sate owned BSNL has also come up with something for its 3G customers. It’s providing unlimited 3G mobile data all over India for Rs. 1,099 and has already doubled the data usage limit in some existing plans. It seems like BSNL is also planning to rival Jio by offering free voice on its network.
What happens next? It definitely looks like the players are desperately trying to retain their customers from the new offerings from Reliance Jio. Technically, all offers provided by the telecom players in the market are to end at the same time, RIP Dec. 31 this year. Make sense?
