FreeCharge cashless mission now adds another Wallet balance plan to its users insured up to Rs. 20,000 against phone theft and many other in terms.
Announced that FreeCharge will be offering an e-Wallet protection plan for all its online customers on wallet, will get up to 20,000 rupees in case if theie phones are robbed or in case they dislocate their device accidentally in a drainage or so.
For that announcement, FreeCharge has collaborated with Reliance General Insurance Company Limited to offer the service free of charge to all of FreeCharge consumers.
How does it actually works, and who will benefit by this new FreeCharge Insurance in question. In case of loss or theft of their mobile device, the customer needs to lodge an FIR within 24 hours at the local police station and report the same immediately to FreeCharge team via e-mail or by directly calling the customer case number.
“With this move, FreeCharge takes another step in proactively addressing consumer concern around the usage and security of e-wallets, safeguarding the money of the consumer in the event of theft or loss of his/her phone,” said FreeCharge in a statement.
What should you conisder right now about the FreeCharge e-Wallet Insurance is that the agreement. The underlying wallet balance of all the customers will be insured up to a limit of twenty thousand Indian currency, as long as the user is transacting at least once a month.
