iPhone 6s Battery Dies Unexpectedly? Apple Will Fix For Free Even If Out Of Warranty

If you are facing iPhone 6s shutting down issues, Apple is there to fix it by replacing free battery even if it’s out of warranty.

According to the latest report Apple will be replacing defective iPhone 6s batteries for free of charge, but also said that it only do so if it meets certain requirements. However, the Cupertino-based company has been going through the process of investigating the issue and has launched a dedicated repair program that allows those suffering from the issue to have it resolved without cost.

Apple has also made owners aware of that problem which is only affecting small number of devices within a limited serial number range. As part of the Apple’s repair program launch, also said all of which manufactured between September and October 2016 are been affected by this unexpectedly shutting down.

Anyone out there suffering from the damn issue can make an appointment with their local Apple Store people to have their device examined properly and check that it’s in working order, and then to make sure that the serial number of the device is part of the batch affected. Once that has been confirmed, Apple will then replace the battery without fuss. Alternatively, those affected, can also contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or callback Apple Support team directly.

What’s good news here is that Apple announced that it’s now offering a free battery replacement for iPhone 6s handsets that have power issues. Unlike with Touch Disease, you won’t have to pay to get your battery replaced. Apple will swap it out for you at no additional cost.
