Snapdeal reportedly be taking part in home delivering Reliance Jio SIM Cards to customers in select areas of the country. Users can select the time scale for Jio SIM home delivery on Snapdeal itself. Once the 4G SIMs delivered, Snapdeal executives will activate the cards at the time you receive them. Here’s everything you need to know about.
Those SIM cards delivered by Snapdeal will come with Jio’s Happy New Year Offer, under which the telecom service provider is offering free 4G data, voice calls, SMS, and subscription to Jio apps for free until March 31.

Where users need to register their contact details and area of delivery with the e-commerce website, and that the Jio SIM home delivery service will be available “in select locations” only. As aforementioned, users can also select the time slot in which they want the Reliance Jio SIM delivered at their home doorsteps.
How to opt for Snapdeal’s Jio SIM home delivery
Those who have already done that will be sent an SMS with the scheduled delivery time and the promocode. They will need to share their Aadhaar number and the promocode received in the SMS with the Snapdeal delivery executive, who will activate their Reliance Jio SIM immediately.
Snapdeal is also offering Reliance Digital’s Lyf series smartphones and JioFi range of pocket routers on its portal, but not SIM cards. There’s still no official word yet regarding when the Reliance Jio SIM home delivery service will start.
“Jio partners will deliver Jio SIMs with the JIO Welcome offer (free data, voice calls till March) at the door step of customers at the scheduled time,” Snapdeal’s statement reads. “Users, who want to get Reliance Jio SIM home-delivered must have a 4G-enabled handset, and a local Aadhaar Card number.”
However, Reliance Jio is already running a pilot programme to deliver its SIM cards to customers’ home. While that’s an invite-based service, under which Jio will send of SIM home delivery invites to “Influences,” who in turn will pass on the invites to consumers. Still in beta stage, the programme is being rolled out area-wise in Ahmadabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Visakhapatnam.
