After introducing Galaxy On7 (2016) model in China, Samsung seems to be accelerating its manufacturing unit to launch Galaxy On8 smartphone in India, which is said to be exclusive to Flipkart. The online store has apparently started teasing the unannounced Galaxy On8 phone as “#TheNexusON“, which says that it will be available on Flipkart exclusively. Here is everything you need to know.
One of India’s top e-commerce website, Flipkart is officially gearing up for its annual Big Billion Day sale event, as part it has also partnered Apple to sell the newly launched iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus through its portal, and on its website, the same online retailer has also put up a dedicated page for the event.
While the page contains all the essential details related to the keynote, but most attention caught after seeing the ‘Samsung Galaxy On8’ moniker, spotted in the Special thanks to our partners section.
For the first time we’re gearing about the Samsung Galaxy On8, and with Flipkart listing it as a partner strongly suggests that this device spotted will be available for purchase at the retailer’s upcoming flagship sale event, scheduled for October 2 to Oct. 6th.
It was not an unexpected mention, but Flipkart has already been teasing a Galaxy On device with Super AMOLED full-HD display is upcoming. Possibilities are that device being teased earlier would be the Galaxy On8 in many cases.
Finally, the teaser image doesn’t confirm any features or specifications of the Galaxy On8, but most probably, be expected the phone will go on sale when Flipkart offers discounts on “Mobile and Accessories” as part of the Big Billion Sale.
The South Korean company also teased the Galaxy On5 (2016) on its official China website, alongside debuting the 2016 edition Galaxy On7.
