Announced Xiaomi 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank with ABS plastic body in November last year, which is one of those powerbanks that automatically adjuts its output level based on the connected device. It is compatible with all smartphones and tablets that runs MIUI, Android and iOS platforms.
It is one of those Power Bank hardware that offers better grip and also prevents scratches, which is useful in keeping the weight down, and this new Mi power bank weighs at 338 grams, which is less than a 16000mAh version. It features two standard USB ports, micro-USB port, and LED lights to show the battery charging level. The batteries on the inside are manufactured by LG or Panasonic and it promises up to 93% conversion rate. It offers 5.1V / 3.6A output, maximum, the company says it can charge a Mi 4 4.5 times, an iPhone 6 seven times, an iPad mini three times, and even a MacBook 1.2 times.

It also supports fast charging and the company says it will help charging the power bank up to 11,000mAh in just three hours. It has a minimum 12700mAh actual output. Xiaomi has also ntroduced a new Mi Power Strip that has 5 power sockets instead of 3 power sockets and 3 USB ports in the first model. It is priced at 39 Yuan, which roughly translates to Rs 400.
Xiaomi is all set to debut 20000mAh Mi Power Bank alongside with the launch of Xiaomi Mi5 in India this April.
