Two Galaxy S7 Screen Sizes Outed In Latest Leak [Images]

A fresh rumor surface out of Samsung‘s flagship phone will come in two different screen-sizes and will apparently try something new with the yet-unannounced Galaxy S7. According to ETNews, the smaller 5.2-inch Galaxy S7 will be having a flat display whereas the S7 Edge to pack a 5.5-inch curved screen. Development on both models should be completed by January, with mass production kicking off in February.

The aforementioned variants of Samsung allegedly refers to the two devices as ‘HERO1 and HERO2’ internally. The reports also adds some salt to its news as Samsung plans to ship nearly 5 million units at start. Apparently, the Korean firm expects the regular Galaxy S7 to be a bigger success, with the 5.2-inch handset making up roughly 3.3 million devices out of the initial order. The rest of remaining units will be covered by the larger 5.5-inch Galaxy S7 Edge.

However, this won’t be the first and foremost time when Samsung prepping to launch Galaxy S7 in multiple sizes, but now we may know exactly how big each model will be. The source even offers up what looks like leaked page from he phone’s user manual, confirming both the screen-size options.

It appears that the image reveals a few more hardware specifications, which includes a USB Type-C charging port, Snapdragon 820 chipset or Samsung’s Exynos 8890 SoC, and as a whole we’re expecting to see a huge upgraded camera setup as well.
