Fortnite 3.4.1 Update And Patch Notes: Focus On Pump Shotgun Issues, More

A big battle began amongst Fortnite for iPhone, PUBG Mobile, the former is currently available as an invite-only experience. The Epic Games phenomenon has utterly taken the platform by storm with the company keeping the masses engrossed with yet another update, taking Fortnite to version 3.4.1 now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Given how successful and popular Fortnite is, before PlayersUnknowns Battlegrounds or PUBG is now, it’s entirely understandable that the creator would want to artificially stagger the availability of the Epic Games title in order to ensure that it’s as stable and robust as possible.

With the company releasing to iOS App Store in the first glance and requiring gamers to have received an invite code prior they can access the early title and enjoy the battle royale-esque gameplay. The company thereby also focusing on it and learning as it goes, finding bugs, and fixing issues. Furthermore, the company also pushing out updates to eradicate those problems before it opens up its server doors to additional players. Version 3.4.1 continues that trend.

As per patch notes and changelog details go, version 3.4.1 is a progression of what Epic Games released with Fortnite 3.4.0 just few days ago. That update included the addition of a stunning and devastating guided missile, as well as text-based chat for mobile gamers to stay on communication with one another without having to leave the interface or use a third-party chat solution. Here, Epic has introduced Easter-themed visuals alongside a number of changes, which apply to Fortnite across all platforms. All-in-all, the 3.4.0 update was very tasty one.

It would be apparent if version 3.4.1 was another packed release, but, alas, the minor change in version should unbelievably give the game away. This particular release acts as Epic’s change to build on what was previously released with the incremental update of some sort of important bug fixes to shotgun issues and pumping out performance improvements. In short, if 3.4.0 introduced new feature additions and functionality, 3.4.1 also binds those features together across all supported devices to ensure that gamers get the most out of them.

Unfortunately, there are no new features found but lots of stability and under-the-hood improvement seen, which you, as a passionate Fortnite gamer, can grab right now as it’s rolling out server-side.
