For users of the Google Hangouts app, an update hits the store shelves which nevertheless boasts a bigger eye on Material Design for the user interface with a far flatter aesthetics. The iOS Hangouts v4.0 also includes hovering action button on the bottom-right of the screen, allowing users tap it and send messages to contacts quickly.
The new Hangouts app for iOS aims to enhance user experience on iPhone, iPad by offering faster and easier to start new conversations. The app also features a refresh dialer, which Google suggests will indeed improve the overall experience for those that use it.

Speed and stability of the Google Hangouts app has been optimized and the iOS app is now available for download on the iTunes App Store for free. Users can also now add multiple images at once in its chat threads, meaning no more uploading one image at a time to share with someone.
