Apple has now made available to download macOS 10.13 High Sierra Beta 1 for compatible Mac immediately. Here are the details on it.
In addition to the initial developer beta of iOS 11 offered with direct availability, Apple has also released the first pre-release seed build of macOS High Sierra 10.13 for immediate download and install on all compatible Mac hardware.
This particular version of Mac operating system would be the second major iteration to fall under the ‘macOS’ naming convention, making us think about whether or not Apple would actually change from OS X to macOS as the speculation had suggested earlier.
With macOS 10.13 High Sierra to take 10.12 Sierra place in the spotlight and reign supreme for all those with a compatible Mac. As far as for compatibility, most modern Mac systems, including the iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac mini, and Mac Pro are somewhat capable of installing and executing the latest High Sierra macOS. For those registered as a developer on Apple’s Developer Program are now eligible to grab the first beta of macOS 10.13 High Sierra and those who aren’t part of it and still wish to get an early introduction, the first public beta of the platform should be issued by the company by the end of this month.
To download macOS 10.13 High Sierra beta 1, head over to developer.apple.com and initiate the Mac App Store install of it from there.
