Jailbreak iOS 9.3.3 Using Safari Without Computer, Here’s How To [Tutorial]

There’s lot more to admire the enthusiasm and excitement that exists within the jailbreak community. Nevertheless of how long we seem to go without any type of jailbreak solution being made available, the community still stands strong and not only retains its passion for the cause, but also blows into life when a new jailbreak tool is released.

Following yesterday’s announcement with a surprise of the new Pangu jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3, Totoateam has eventually managed to pack Pangu’s jailbreak in a way so that it can be installed using Safari browser right on the device itself without requiring any computer. Although, the new jailbreak release is a bit similar to Comex’s JailbreakMe hack, which can be don via your phone’s browser. Let’s begin!

Since this tool is basically depends on Pangu’s jailbreak, it works on the same devices as Pangu Team’s own tool, which is essentially all 64-bit Apple devices capable of running iOS 9.3.3-9.2 firmwares. Here’s everything you need to know how to go about using it to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch without using a computer.

Step 1: First of all it’s recommended updating your device to iOS 9.3.3. You can get iOS 9.3.3 from here – Download iOS 9.3.3 IPSW For iPhone And iPad [Final Version]. Now, make a full backup using iTunes or iCloud as well. Also remove any passcode/Touch ID, as well as disable Find My iPhone from your device before proceeding with the jailbreak.

Step 2: Launch safari web browser on your iOS device and navigate to: https://www.birdflightapp.com/apps/6159/app-builds/TTJailbreak/public

Step 3: Tap on the Install App button, and then click on install when prompted to do so and wait for to install PP app on your device.

Step 4: Once the PP app appears on the Hone screen of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, head to Settings > General > Device Management and Trust the certificate from AKRAM AL NEAMI BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING CO (L.L.C).

Step 5: Now launch PP app. Accept the prompt for push notification. Uncheck the PP checkbox.

Step 6: Hit the big circle in the center, then once the process starts, tap the sleep/power button to manually lock your device while still being in the PP app.

Step 7: You will soon get a notification on the lock screen confirming your device has been successfully jailbroken. Unlock it and you’ll be in PP app again. It will start preparing environment for Cydia. Once completed, the device will reboot automatically and you should have Cydia installed on your device.

It’s important to note that this jailbreak solution is semi-untethered/tethered, while device owners will need to re-run PP app on the device to reinitiate the jailbreak each time a device is rebooted.
