Pangu team has released updates for iOS 9.1 jailbreak for both the Windows and Mac users, bringing the stability improvements to the untether. Newly updated versions available for those who are already jailbroken on iOS 9.1 64-bit devices as well as those who are going to perform a fresh untether jailbreak.
The official changelog describes the updated iOS 9.1 jailbreak tools V1.3.1 for Windows and V1.1.1 for Max OS X “make untether for iOS 9.1 more stable.” According to Pangu team, updating to the latest version of iOS 9.1 jailbreak should also improve rebooting issues.
