Xiaomi although announced its first and foremost Mi Notebook Air models in July, and today sent out invites for an all-new Mi Notebook keynote in its home grounds in partnership with China Mobile. It appears to show a 4G signal bar on the right corner, and this damn notebook is expected to be coming with LTE support to offer on-th-go connectivity.

The predecessor versions of Mi Notebook Air brought with it in 12.5″ and 13.5″ models with 1080p full HD displays and 5.71mm to 5.59mm ultra-narrow borders. But it’s however not clear that if the new upgraded models of Mi Notebook Air will also be using the same screen-size. Rather the design is expected to be looking similar, including full-sized backlit keyboard with a 1.3mm key travel, 3nits brightness and glass trackpad for precise cursor control and multi-finger gesture controls like scrolling program switching, zoom and other multitasking gestures. There’s still support for 1C fast charging capability to charge Mi Notebook Air up to 50% in just half an hour.
