Forthcoming iPhone 7 Rumored To Be Waterproof, Likely To Adopt Non-Metallic Casing Material

Apple has few weeks ago released iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus and which has been tested by many for bendgate, drop and durability, faster speed test, camera, and recently had done iPhone 6s waterproof test as well, by submerging it underwater for one hour, resulting to be working perfectly after sometime. But a few new rumors surface claiming that the 2016 “iPhone 7” will be strengthened and the next version of iPhone will have waterproof frame and may ditch metallic casing material as well.

The upcoming iPhone 7 waterproof rumors surfaced from the sources of Chinese social medai site, Weibo. Suggesting that the strengthened body of the forthcoming would certainly follow in the footsteps of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, which bolstered this week points of its predecessors with the inclusion of 7000 Series aluminum alloy. As per the speculation regarding the so-called iPhone 7 will find its strength in a focus on a waterproof and dust-proof matrial that would allow phone users to worry less about dropping their smartphone in liquids.

If this become true, then iPhone 7 would call for a new frame and casing material which would be a new upgrade. Apple is in fact planning on adopting an entirely new material next year for its new iPhone 7. And if this is the case, then the 6s and iPhone 6s Plus would be the last in their phone lineup to include a metallic casing for the iPhone.

Macotakara also received news from reliable sources stating that the upcoming iPhone would have a “completely flat” LCD screen, and do not forget to take this story with a pinch of salt, because we’re just now under a year away from Apple confirming or denying any of today’s claims. Possibility there, in adopting Intel LTE Chips, including glass-on-glass touch panels, and to be the thinnest iPhone ever.
