Google has few days ago announced its official event which will be held on September 29th in San Fransisco, but haven’t tipped on what it is going to introduce. On the scheduled conference we can expect to witness two new Nexus devices, and if the leaks and rumors are to be believed, then we can see the launch of Huawei’s Nexus 6P and LG’s Nexus 5X on stage. Now that another speculation suggests that the both the Google Nexus smartphones will be introduced with 128GB on-board storage options. Details on this can be found right here, just after this jump.
According to source, which claims that Huawei-made Nexus 6P will be available to purchase in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants, once debuts. If its an accurate news report, then it will be the first and foremost time Google will be offering a Nexus smartphone with 128GB of internal storage. Actually, the Nexus devices so far were launched with 16GB, 32GB, and with Nexus 6 it has expanded to 64GB as well. But the LG-made Nexus 5 (2015) variant, aka Nexus 5X will only pose with a 16GB and 32GB variants, like its predecessor.
Specs-wise, the Huawei Nexus 6P is expected to sport a 5.7-inch QHD display running at a 2560×1440 pixels screen, Snapdragon 810 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and will feature a 12MP rear camera with 4K video recording support, and an 8-megapixel Selfie shooter.
While the LG Nexus 5X would be an affordable varaint with a 5.2-inch display, Snapdragon 808 SoC, 3GB of RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, battery package of 2700mAh etc. It is expected to go on sale at around $399 (Rs 26,000 approx.). The 32GB Nexus 5X may cost you at $449 (roughly Rs 29,300).
