Phablet: Lenovo Announces LTE-capable PHAB Plus With 6.8″ FullHD Screen, Snapdragon 615 SoC In China

The Lenovo Phab Plus is the company’s latest device gone up for sale in China. The phablet is being launched on China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile for now for CNY 2,599 ($407).

With a 6.8-inch 1080p FHD display, the new smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 chipset, Adreno 405 GPU, Android Lollipop with Vive UI skin on top, packing a 13MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash,  f/2.2 aperture, 5P lenses and a 5MP Selfie sensor, and at just 7.6mm thick, the handset has a unibody metal build and it also includes best software inclusions for comfortable one-handed usage.

It is a Dual SIM (Hybrid) variant that use one SIM as microSD card and it supports 4G TDD-LTE (Bands: 38,39,40,41) and FDD-LTE (Bands: 1,3 and 7). Finally it has integrated with a 1.0cc large loudspeaker grill on the back and Dolby Atmos audio for an enhanced audio experience. It is backed by a 3500mAh battery unit onboard.

Available to buy in Grey and Silver colors and currently gone on sale in China through its official website from here. When Lenovo going to launch it outside China is unknown at the moment. Stay tuned1
