Huawei seems to be gearing up its Mate 9 line and P series line up to fulfill the P9’s potential, with top specs and a great camera on board. Some images of what was rumored to be the Huawei P10 prototype leaked out, showing all the glory of the P9, but sporting a fingerprint sensor on the front. Today that’s not the case but purportedly showing the P10 or maybe the P10 Plus, the successor to P9 Plus have surfaced. Here are the details of a dual camera posing smartphone.
Rumored to be launched in a few months, predicted images of an alleged P10 hardware prototype have been emerged online. With Leica-certified dual-camera setup, Huawei P9 has gained its spot on top of the line, launched earlier this year in April, and the company behind it is said to be working on the successor – expected in the coming month. Dubbed Huawei P10, the smartphone was actually spotted on benchmarking website revealing the design of the upcoming device could look like.
Exceptionally, the leaked photos of that of Huawei P10 prototype was posted on Weibo, and they show up the front and back of the device. However, the front shows what looks to be a glass panel with a selfie camera lens on top. The Home button is located below the display which is moreover expected to double up with a fingerprint scanner. The second leaked image shows its back, which houses a dual-camera outfit, and of course, the setup is similar to the P9.
Two antenna bands can be seen running on top and bottom of the leaked smartphone, and there’s still a curved glass appearance that is very similar to Apple’s new hardware, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Being that it is a prototype, the usual branding is replaced with words like Hanzo and Dreams.
The LED flash also looks a bit different as though, now being round. The Leica branding is even in the exact same position as that model of P9, and the dual rear camera system is intact. If this the case, then the new P10 comes with a very minimal changes on the back including the shape of flashlight and biometric fingerprint sensor.
