Lava Mobiles has launched Pixel V2, the company’s latest Pixel variant and successor to Pixel V1 in India, which was actually introduced as Android One smartphone in July 2015. The new Lava Pixel V2 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based on Star OS 2.0. More details on its key features and price can be grabbed right after this jump.
With 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Asahi Dragontrail Glass protection, Oleophobic coating, the new mobile phone from Lava is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and expandable up to 32GB more through microSD card support.
The Dual SIM Lava Pixel V2 is a 4G LTE-capable smartphone also supports TDD-LTE Band 40 (2300MHz) and FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800MHz) for India, alongside offering 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and packs a 2500mAh battery.
It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, 5P Largan lens, Blue Glass filter and an 8MP Selfie shooter with LED flash, 84-degree wide-angle lens, f/2.4 aperture, 4P lens, Face beauty, Pic Focus on-board. Available to buy in Royal Sparkle black and Icy White colors.
The Lava Pixel V2 is priced at Rs 10,750 and will go on sale starting September 15th this year through online retail stores. It will also be made available in Prism Blue color in the upcoming days.
