It’s now official. Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition will indeed come with the latest mobile operating system, Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, with the company’s own EMUI 4.0 skin on top. As the Chinese manufacturer has introduced Honor 7 smartphone in China long ago in July this year and made it available in India a couple of month ago. Today, the same company has took the wraps off an all-nw enhanced version of the smartphone that is equipped with a smart key to give user a quick shortcut on the device. Now that Huawei has partnered with the China’s largest search engine, Baidu and will also bring Siri-like features, where Smart Key will be acting like the Apple’s digital voice assistant in the future. This new refreshed version of the Honor 7 also has more internal memory. Instead of 16GB of storage on-board that is loaded on the original version of the Honor 7, the new Enhanced Edition offers 32GB perfectly. Specifications, other than that will all be similar to what the actual Huawei Honor 7 launched with.
Display it carries a 5.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels FullHD with 424ppi density. On the heart of the phone, it will have an Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 935 processor (4xA53 2.2GHz + 4xA53 1.5GHz) with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU, paired with 3GB of RAM, expandable memory via microSD card up to 128GB.
Camera-wise, the new Enahnced Honor 7 Edition has a 20MP Sony IMX230 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lenses and dual-tone LED flash, and on its front, it carries an 8-megapixel BSI sensor with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. Battery package found is of 3100mAh unit, which also comes with fast charging capabilities and comes with 9V-2A charger in the box. The phone does feature a smart key that can be programmed as a shortcut to various functions. And a voice-activated virtual assistant, produced by Baidu and Huawei.
Connectivity options on Honor 7 Enhanced Edition includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS. It will be available in Gold color.

The Honor 7 Enhanced Edition is available now in China, priced at the equivalent of $309 USD (Yuan 1999). The company has also reduced (cut) the price of the original Honor 7 by $31 USD to $278 USD (Yaun 1799) , respectively.
