Alongside the two Huawei P9 and P9 Plus flagship smartphones, the China-based manufacturer has also introduced Huawei P9 Lite at an event in London. It goes official in Russia!
This phone doesn’t carry a dual-lens camera produced by Leica makers, and the Huawei P9 Lite is powered by Kirin 650 Octa-Core CPU, rather than Kirin 955. It features a 5.2-inch fullHD screen resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels. Holds a Hybrid dual-SIM, which can be used the second SIM slot as an expandable microSD card.
The P9 Lite sports a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash on its back and an 8MP sensor without LED flash on its front for selfie purposes. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 skin on top.
The Huawei P9 Lite also packs a fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, supports 4G LTE connectivity options, offering Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC on the backend with the help using 3000mAh battery package. Available to purchase in June and comes in Silver and Gold colors.
No details regarding the Huawei P9 Lite pricing or global launch date has been revealed yet. But hits Russia within a couple of months.
