Intex Aqua Young With 5-inch Display, 3G Support Launched At Rs 5090

Here comes yet another budget smartphone, called Intex Aqua Young. Priced at Rs 5,090, the new Mobile device is now available to purchase online and offline in India.

The Aqua Young is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It features a 5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. The handset also sports Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor coupled with 1GB of DDR2 RAM.

It sports a 5MP fixed-focus rear camera with LED flash and has a 0.3MP front-facing shooter. On the connectivity front, the Intex’s Aqua Young is so young it only offers 3G GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. It packs a 2500mAh battery, which according to the official listing is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time, and up to 250 hours of standby time.

Now that Truecaller and Intex Technologies both in partnership has announced a new Phonebook Directory and Caller ID app, which will be equipped inside the Intex Aqua Young. Users will be able to identify more than 2 billion numbers on incoming and outgoing calls, block unwanted calls or hidden numbers, as well as protect themselves from known spammers with a community-built database.
