Karbonn mobiles has today unveiled two new low-cost virtual reality compatible devices in India – Quattro L52 and Titanium Mach Six smartphones.
Bundled with a Karbonn VR headset, both the Karbonn Quattro L52 and Karbonn Titanium Mach Six smartphones have been made available to purchase at affordable price-tags. The company howeve says that its virtual-reality headset is made of sturdy ABS plastic fibre which can offerr an “enhanced life-like viewing experience“.
The domestic manufacturer also adds that the VR headset comes fitted with bi-convex lenses that augment a video to provide a theater-like experience. The two new smartphones comes pre-installed with a VR app that allow users create their own VR videos. More details on the devices can be grabbed right after this jump!
The Karbonn Quattro L52 features a 5-inch HD screen with 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage is available, further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, it uses Dual SIM card slots to offer 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and location tracking etc. It backs the whole gadget with the package of 2250mAh battery.
On the photography front, the Quattro L52 carries an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP cam on its front-facing. It will be available in White and Champagne colors, which is priced at Rs. 8,790.
