Lava has launched A68, the company’s latest budget 3G smartphone in the ‘A’ series. Here’s everything you need to know about Lava A68.
Featuring a 4.5-inch WVGA TFT display, the Lava A68 is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
It comes with support for dual SIM and only offers 3G connectivity, similar to most of the other affordable Lava smartphones currently available. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and sports a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and only a 0.3MP VGA front-facing sensor with LED flash for capturing selfie shots, better images in low light conditions.
Rest of Lava A68 hardware keys include HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth sync and GPS for location tracking, and a 1750mAh battery. Lava A68 comes with smart screen gesture – Samrt Screenshot and other features like Video PIP, LED flash during incoming calls and Smart Music. The Smart Screenshot turns scrolling pages into any video and plays it in the background while working on other docs.
The Lava A68 will be offered in Gold, Silver, Black colors and is priced at Rs. 4599 (MRP), which can be purchased for RS. 4,049. Lava will be selling A68 across all national retail stores and multi-brand outlets in India.
