After Lenovo’s success in the nascent 4G smartphone lineup has now decided to ramp up its offline offerings in the country this Diwali. The Chinese smartphone maker has launched two new more affordable gadgets exclusively for the offline channel, called Lenovo A1000 and the second one comes in similar A series segment, called Lenovo A6000 Shot.

The Lenovo A1000 is an entry-level smartphone comes with a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA TFT-TN display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Spreadtrun SC7731 processor with Mali-400 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
It has a dual SIM functionality but the Lenovo A1000 supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS connectivity options and is backed by a 2050mAh (Typical) battery / 2000mAh (minimum). It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and sports a 5MP fixed-focus rear camera with LED flash and houses a VGA front-facing sensor.
The Lenovo A1000 comes in Onyx Black and Pearl White colors. Priced at Rs 4999 and sold exclusively offline next month.
The Lenovo A6000 Shot is another smartphone and also said to be the refreshed model of A6000 Plus, launched with upgraded innards. It packs a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 400 MHz Adreno 306 GPU, paired with a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in stoage alongside has support for expandable microSD card. It runs on Android Lollipop and has Dual (micro-SIMs) and it offers 4G LTE connectivity at it most and it packs a 2300mAh battery.
The camera department on the Lenovo A6000 Shot is of 13MP auto-focus rear sensor with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter. It comes in Onyx Black, Pearl White and Carmine Red colors. Priced at Rs 9999 and will be available offline in November.
