Lenovo Launches Vibe K5 With Snapdragon 415, 4G LTE Support For Rs. 6999

The Lenovo Vibe K5 smartphone has finally made its debut in India, as the company’s latest 4G device in the Vibe series. As it was promised last week, to launch in India, the China-based electronics has launched Vibe K5 in the country. Officially, the company has made available Vibe K5 Plus at a price in India for Rs. 8,499 in March 2016 and today its original model has been made available to purchase.

The Vibe K5 has similar design pointing at the Vibe K5 Plus, but it comes with a 5-inch HD screen, is powered by an 1.4GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 64-bit processor, paired with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and carries a Dual SIM card slot, supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS connectivity options. On its back, it sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and capable to record 1080p videos and for selfies, it has equipped with 5MP front-facing camera. The whole device packs a 2750mAh battery.

The Vibe K5 will be available via flash sales exclusively on Amazon.in starting June 22nd. It comes in Platinum Silver, Champagne Gold and Graphite Gray colors. Registrations for the first sale begins today at 1PM.
