Lenovo has launched a new budget friendly phone into the market. Dubbed Lemon 3 (K32C36), the company’s latest initiative comes with a decent and minimal mid-range specifications. In China, Lenovo Lemon 3 is priced at 699 Yuan (US$ 106).
In order to put a competitor against Xiaomi Redmi 3 with a massive 4100mAh battery package, Lenovo has decided to introduce a more affordable smartphone and it has done with the launch of Lemon 3 with a 2750mAh battery.
Available in colors of Gold and Silver and the Lemon 3 is powered by a 64-bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 (4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It has a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage which can further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
Software it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has a Dual SIM functionality with the support for 4G LTE connectivity options includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. While on the photography front, Lemon 3 camera is fixed with 13MP rear sensor, allocated by LED flash and 1080p video recording aqnd the secondary cam on the handset, you will get a 5MP selfie shooter.
Most interesting to see regarding the Lemon 3 smartphone is that it has a metal body and is 7.9mm thick and equipped with stereo speakers on its back portion with Waves MaxxAudio technology and Dolby Atmos for a optimized audio experience.
Display it carries of a 5-inch Full HD IPS screen and the 1090x1080p pixels resolution has 450 nits brightness.
The Lenovo Lemon 3 will be available for pre-order through the company’s official Lenovo Store in China. Shipments starts next week and no details confirmed about its global launch as yet. Stay tuned!
