LG has made official introduction of G Pad II 8.3 LTE specifically for its home country, South Korea, where local wireless carrier LG U+ will start selling it tomorrow – December 23. Unfortunately, we have got nothng on how much its going to cost, but considering its hardware specs, we can expect it to go on sale in between $350 or so.
New variant of the LG tablet dubbed G Pad II 8.3 LTE, the device sports an 8.3-inch fullHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels WUXGA screen. It is powered by Octa-Core (1.5 GHz & 1.0 GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
As the name speaks, it supports 4G LTE connectivity features and there’s a built-in stylus which can also pre-load with Microsoft Office apps. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box, posing with an 8MP rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing snapper and finally it is backed by 4800mAh battery, offering Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n , Bluetooth 4.1, GPS.
The device comes in Brown Gold color and will be available in Korea starting 23rd of December 2015. Stay tuned!
