Micromax, one of the popular budget smartphone manufacturer has introduced Canvas Spark 2 Plus at a more affodable offering. The company’s latest low-cost mobile device in Canvas series comes with rehreshed configurations. It is the successor to the last year’s Canvas Spark 2, bringing with it a 5-inch FWVGA display.
Rest of the specs on the new smartphone upgrades its CPU to 1.3GHz quad-core processor and now that the Canvas Spark 2 Plus runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. Other than that on the software point, it has also xpandaed its processing levels to photography, as it has added a 5-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter.
Interestingly, this smartphone would be the first one from Micromax comes running Android Marshmallow, since the RAM memory also increased to 1GB and 8GB of internal storage. Battery on this Plus variant, you will find an upgraded 2000mAh unit, compared to 1800mAh on its predecessor Spark 2. Highlight here is that it has got support for 10 reginol languages and equipped with expandable microSD card. But it only offers 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS and as usual, it is a dual-SIM smartphone.
