To rival Moto E4 Plus, Panasonic has launched its P55 Max smartphone with a huge 5000mAh battery and 3GB of RAM in India. Here are the details.
Priced at Rs. 8,499, Panasonic‘s new smartphone is already been made available exclusively to purchase via Flipkart, which the handset comes in Matte Black and Champagne Gold colors. Not only it has been announced as a big competitor to the Moto E4 Plus, notably the smartphone P55 Max will be competing against the likes of Nubia Z2, both with 5,000mAh battery package – recently launched in India.

Aside from the massive battery capacity, the Panasonic P55 Max features a quad-LED flash support paired with a 13-megapixel sensor for improved low-light photography. Up front, the device has a 5MP shooter for taking better selfies. While the Moto E4 Plus has identical rear and front-facing cameras, at least as par as the megapixels are concerned.
Specifications-wise, the dual-SIM Panasonic P55 Max runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. The smartphone P55 Max is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 processor clocked at 1.25GHz and coupled with 3GB of RAM. The P55 Max comes with 16GB of built-in storage, which can be expandable further up to 128GB using microSD card. The Moto E4 Plus also reveals similar specs, except that it comes with 32GB of internal storage.
Other than the aforementioned key features, Panasonic P55 Max offers 4G VoLTE connectivity, OTG support, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, and WiFi 802.11. Measuring in at 152×72.6×8.7mm and weighs 180 grams, the smartphone includes all the sensors.
