The Panasonic Eluga Switch will be the first and foremost smartphone debuts from the company’s Eluga series, has some interesting features that is what so-called reversible. The smartphone that lets users speak even when the phone is upside down. If you are aware of Alcatel OneTouch IDOL 3 smartphone launched with the 3D audio technology, ARKAMYS, the same implemented inside the Panasonic’s Eluga Switch handset which ensures excellent tonal quality and better audio experience. It sports with a 5.5-inch FullHD (1920x1080p) IPS OGS – fully laminated screen with Asahi Dragon Trail Glass protection. Thereby, it is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 Processor with graphics paired with Adreno 405 GPU.
The Eluga Switch runs on Android Lollipop with Reversible UI out of the box , paired by 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage, but unfortunately it doesn’t support expandable storage via microSD card. Camera on its back it packs a 13MP sensor with LED flash and capable of 1080p video recording and on its front, it poses with an 8MP Selfie shooter with 84-degree wide-angle lens.
The new Eluga Switch has 4G LTE connectivity with support for bands 1,3,7,8,20, but no details about LTE band 40, offers 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, USB OTG options alongside it is backed by a 2910mAh battery unit with 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, JBL powered 1.2W dual front speakers onboard.
The Panasonic Eluga Switch is priced at Rs 19,990 and will be available to buy in Gun Metal Grey color with a premium JBL headset inside the retail box. Goes on sale across India online and offline stores.
