Samsung seems to be working on yet another line expanding its smartphone range all over the Latin alphabet, and the newest addition of the series apparently going to be called the C-series. Evidently it was spotted whose existence was confirmed by the Indian import/export database, Zuaba last month. That handset has now surfaced in Geekbench benchmarking website listing, revealing Samsung SM-C5000 specifications, CPU and of course the RAM memory.
Also expected to be coming with a brand name “Galaxy C5”. The listing shows up the handset is powered by a Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) chipset with an Octa-Core processor and carries graphics of Adreno 405 GPU. In addition to that, it was also claimed that the Samsung C-series has a 4GB of RAM, and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
For the screen resolution, it looks like Samsung’s SM-C5000 reveals a 5.2-inch display, which is expected to sport a 1080p FHD. It was previously rumored that Samsung is also working on SM-C7000 (Galaxy C7) as well, that could be utterly possible, where the company had launched three to four variants in each of their series, like Galaxy A3, A5 and A7, also includes A8 and A9…
Hope we can expect more in the upcoming days regarding its wholesome features and hardware keys, as it was priced in India at INR 13,625 ($205).
