Samsung’s Galaxy S4 Mini Plus With 4G LTE, Snapdragon 410 Chip Hits European Market Shelves

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Plus (GT-I9195I) has made its way quietly into the smartphone stores in Europe. For India, Samsung introduced it as the Galaxy S4 Mini back in 2013 and today it finally hits the European market shelves with somewhat refreshed software and hardware key features and will be available to buy in Black and White colors only.

Galaxy S4 Mini Plus Specifications

Speaking about the display, it has a 4.3-inch (960x540px) qHD Super AMOLED screen that too powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz Quad-core 64-bit Processor, paired with Adreno 306 GPU and coupled with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, and of course supports microSD card for expandable memory on the phone up to 64GB.

No it’s not a Dual SIM smartphone, but it offers 4G LTE connectivity options including 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.0, GPS/GLONASS and packs a 1900mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, but in future can be upgradable to Android Lollipop. Camera-wise, it has an 8MP rear shooter with LED flash and only 1.9MP front-facing sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Plus is also called as mini Value Edition (VE) in some European markets and goes on sale as low as 190 Euros. Officially, the Galaxy S4 mini Plus is priced at 239 Euros (US$260 / Rs 16,700 appox).
