It was Xiaomi Mi MIX with 6.4-inch fullHD edgeless display introduced by the Chinese manufacturer in the past that too combined with whopping 91.3% screen-to-body ratio. Now that we are going to witness a smaller version of that smartphone, codenamed Mi MIX Nano, has surfaced in live images today.
According to the new report, the smaller variant of Mi MIX is said to be coming with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and also claims the smartphone will also be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 chipset, and in the place of 4GB/6GB RAM (128GB/256GB memory), this model to only sport a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s still another 6GB RAM model as well.
When compared to its predecessor Mi MIX Nano is also expected to feature over 90% screen-to-body ratio and has a ceramic body. It was admitted that Xiaomi won’t be launching Mi Note 2 or Mi MIX in India, so this will be the version that will go on sale once it released in the country.
Price for the Mi MIX Nano has also been rumored, which is estimated at 2,999 yuan ($436 / Rs. 29595 approx.). Still got no official confirmation regarding an all-new 5.5-inch Mi MIX Nano, so take the news with a pinch of salt for now.
Specifications of the smartphone has been emerged in an image that confirms earlier rumors apparently.
