Xiaomi finally decided to introduce Redmi Note 3 mobile at its scheduled launch event on March 3 in India. It was actually expected that the Xiaomi Mi5 will make its debut, but it didn’t carry forward. According to the new teaser, the company is unveiling the smartphone at an open event at Talkatora Stadium, where it has invited its fans and media.

“Mi cares fans as friends and is well aware that every one of you has been asking about the launch date. We heard you. The wait is over. Mi is coming to India on March 3rd with the beast you guys desire. Yes, it is the launch for Redmi Note 3.
On this special occasion, Mi is inviting every one of you to the launch event in New Delhi. We will reserve entrance tickets for fans and they are for free. Fans who reach the venue at an early time will get a gift pack from Mi as well.”
Due to the ongoing patent dispute, Xiaomi will release Redmi Note 3 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chipset (four cores clocked at 1.2GHz and two cores clocked at 1.8GHz) into the domestic market. It was officially launched in China with MediaTek’s Helio X10 processor. It is said that the Note 3 will be available in two variants: one with 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage and other with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board memory. With Full HD resolution screen, the Redmi Note 3 has a 5.5-inch 1080p display and and offers 178 degree viewing angle. On the software front, it runs on MIUI 7 based on Android Lollipop. It packs a 16MP camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) and two-tone LED flash on its back and the front goes with a 5MP selfie shooter. It still got a 4000mAh battery packed inside to power the smartphone with fast charging support that can charge up to 50 percent in 1 hour.
The Redmi Note 3 holds a dual-SIM card slot and supports 4G LTE connectivity options and all usual WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G HSPA+, GPS, Glonass, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB etc. It measures 150x76x8.65mm and weighs 164 gramsn he new smartphone is an all-metal affair with an iPhone 6-like look, and equipped with a fingerprint sensor to compete with among other rival mobiles such as Lenovo K4 Note, Moto G (Gen 3) and Yu Yureka.
