Apple has replaced the already down Online Store with the announcement of a new 9.7-inch iPad, and a special edition of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The new red aluminum iPhone is part of Apple’s decade-long (RED) champion, which contributes to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. The new Red iPhone 7 starts at $749 and will hit stores Friday, March 24.

The App Store is back up and Apple has announced a new cheaper iPad. The product replaces the iPad Air 2 in the lineup and is simply called ‘iPad’ 9.7-inch will become available in three color options with 32GB of storage space.
The $329 iPad features older internal components to enable the lower price point, featuring an Apple A9 chip. Although the 9.7-inch Retina display is brighter, which it does not support Apple Pencil or include a Smart Connector like the ‘iPad Pro’ line. But nevertheless, Apple has also increased the storage capacity on iPad mini…
In the release notes, Apple SVP Phil Schiller said that the new iPad will appeal to new users and old iPad owners, looking for a new tablet to use at home, school or at work.
By the launch of $329 iPad, it’s available at $70 cheaper than the iPad Air 2, includes a brighter 9.7-inch Reditna display than the Air 2, which is no longer on sale. The new iPad has an A9 chip whereas the iPad Air 2 has only an A8; RAM details are not stated as yet for the new iPad 9.7.
Other features on the new iPad includes FaceTime cameras on front and rear, Touch ID for unlock and Apple SIM in cellular models. The iPad 9.7 is available in silver, gold and space gray colors. The 32GB Wi-Fi model costs $329 while the 32GB WiFi + Cellular model costs $459.
The new 9.7-inch iPad sale starts in a couple of days, so you can order from Apple.com this Friday, March 24th. The iPad will be arriving next week in Apple Retail stores, select carriers and Apple authorized resellers in more than 20 countries.
There’s a price cut to the 9.7-inch iPad, not to be confused with the iPad Pro line, Apple also upped the storage capacities available for iPad mini. For $399, the iPad mini WiFi model is now available with 128GB storage ($529 for 128GB with cellular).
After introducing the all-new product line of 9.7-inch iPad, Apple also made available to purchase a Red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus model. However, it’s not the case which iPhone maker has offered special product red covers for the iPhone previously, this is the first time the actual handset is available in red itself. Like Jet Black, and Pearl White, the new product (RED) iPhone features a red aluminum finish, and is launching as part of Apple’s partnership with (RED).

Today’s red option is perhaps the most striking of all the colors available for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, which will be available from Friday, 24th March 2017 in 128GB and 256GB models starting at $749. Rest of the iPhone 7, 7 Plus specifications will be same.
