Facebook Messenger Only Needs Your Phone Number To Login To Your Account

Now that you won’t be required to enter your email to create a new Facebook Messenger account. Starting today, all you will need is the phone number to sign up for a fresh Facebook Messenger profile. Details are fully-fledged confirms currently for some regions globally.

Users in U.S., Canada, Venezula and Peru users can now create a new FB Messenger account using their phone number and full name obviously. One phone number can only sign up a single account, and unfortunately, by doing this won’t sync your Facebook friends/chats across devices. For that you will nevertheless need to sign up with Facebook account only.
