Huawei Launches Honor 4C With 5-Inch HD Display, Octa-Core SoC In China

The Huawei Honor 4C finally hits the store shelves of Tmall and Vmall online retailers in China. Huawei has launched a new smartphone in its Honor series. Available in 5 Colors – Black, Blue, Gold, Pink and White. Priced at CNY 799 (Rs. 8,150 approximately), Honor 4C is now listed on Huawei’s dedicated website. Huawei Honor 4C Specifications

Key features of the phone has a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) TFT IPS display. It is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It’s a Dual-SIM smartphone that packs 8GB of internal storage and further expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

The Honor 4C runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box with EM UI 3.0 skin on top. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, and CMOS sensor, while it also houses a 5-megapixel front camera. And it is backed by a 2550mAh battery.


The smartphone will go on sale at the Huawei’s Vmall online store and Alibaba’s Tmall store on May 7 and the registrations for the first sale are now open at both e-retailers. The phone is being offered in three variants – China Unicom 4G, China Mobile 4G, and China Telecom.

The Chinese company Huawei as of now has not revealed availability details of the Honor 4C outside its home country, and India.
