It’s the company’s latest phone in P series line-up and is now available in India to retail from the official Lenovo Store online. More details on what the Lenovo P70 brings with it after this jump.
The new smartphone is purely based on top-end specs and the hardware key features goes with a display of 5-inch IPS screen and at a resolution of HD (1280x720p). Under the hood, the phone runs an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6752 SoC clocked at 1.7GHz 64-bit Processor coupled with 700 MHz Mali T760-MP2 GPU
It is an Android 4.4 KitKat runner(upgradable to Lollipop) and comes on board with Lenovo’s custom UI skin on top and sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP selfie-centric front camera without a flash.
Connectivity on the phone offers dual-SIM support and has 4G LTE wireless connection and 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery package as well.
The smartphone will be available in India has a 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and microSD card slot exclusive. Notable, you will be able to charge other devices (OTG) on-the-go using the already included Micro-USB cable.
The Lenovo P70 is priced at Rs 15.999 and comes in Midnight Blue color variant. Pre-orders can be made through the official Lenovo TheDoStore, and it ships on April 14.
